We are having our annual Mon Amie Military Bride Wedding Gown Giveaway this July 27th- at the Miramar - Officers Club (Top Gun!) This is our way of saying "Thank You!" to the men and women who love and support our Armed Forces.

Now that we've unpacked and had a chance to relax, I can reflect on what a great time I had at the New York Bridal Market. New York Bridal Market is the week when couture and designer bridal fashion and accessories from across the country come to New York City to show their newest collection for brides, bridesmaids, and Mothers of the Occasion.Here are a few fun pictures!!!

It is the time of year again - for Las Vegas Bridal Market. Bridal Market is the week when the moderate and affordable bridal fashion and accessories designers come to Las Vegas to show their newest collection of bridal gowns and accessories for brides, bridesmaids, and mothers of the occasion. I always look forward to my trips to Las Vegas twice a year to see the latest designer fashions. This year I was asked to speak at a seminar for retailers at the Las Vegas Bridal Market.

I want to thank you everyone for the great turnout!!!. On Thursday, April 3rd Bloomingdale's held their Pre-Wedding Wedding Party, at South Coast Plaza! Tons of brides came to meet their favorite designer Monique Lhuillier and view her tabletop collection. It was great to see my old friend Monique and her husband Tom. Mon Amie Bridal Salon has been with Monique since the beginning and we are so proud of her success! On display will be a wide selection of 15 Monique Lhuillier Bridal Gowns exclusively from Mon Amie Bridal Salon. Here are a few photos from this fun night.

This weekend was the "Grand Opening" of our Amy Michelson in-store Boutique, the first in the USA!!! The Grand Opening celebration started with a Fashion Show of her latest gowns! Designer Amy Michelson is here at her only Southern California appearance to create amazing wedding gowns for Mon Amie brides! The weekend continued with an Amy Michelson Trunk Show with an extensive selection of the wedding gowns and matching veils. She also created a sketch for each bride of her gown. What a year 2008 is turning out to be! Look for other exciting events coming soon at Mon Amie Bridal Salon!

Orange Coast Weddings Launch Party

Last night's party was amazing! The Orange Coast Weddings Magazine Launch Party was hosted by the publishers of Los Angles Magazine, and was held at the exclusive Montage Resort in Laguna Beach. We were lucky enough to attend this hot party with decor by Square Root Designs. When you first entered the party you ascended down a long staircase onto an outdoor deck decorated in all white, with white candles and white orchids and white lounge furniture.As you made your way through the party you then entered the Montage Grand Ballroom where everything was a sea of deep red! It was breathtaking! Here are some of the highlights from last night!

Melanie Lynskey, of the hit show Two and a Half Men, fell in love with her dream wedding gown while trying on dresses at a recent Mon Amie Liancarlo Trunk Show! Lucky brides had the opportunity to experience a spectacular display of gowns, cakes, photography, music, invitations, floral arrangements, romantic honeymoon destinations, reception locations and more at the Annual Wedding Expo was held January 6, 2008 at the Irvine Marriott.

The Fashion Show was Presented by Mon Amie with a wide selection of couture bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses, veils and bridal accessories.

The Martha Stewart Party

This year the Martha Stewart party was held at Tavern on the Green, a New York City landmark. Here are a few pictures I took from our fun-filled night. I loved all the buffets. Lots of designers and special friends came out to celebrate. We chatted over cocktails and talked about the fashions we had seen earlier in the day.

This past Saturday, the clouds parted as my friend Veronica di Santo, daughter of Ines di Santo and creative director for Ines di Santo Couture married in Toronto , Canada . It was a weekend celebration with friends and family flying in from across the USA , South America and Europe . I was so honored to share in her special day. There were so many amazing small touches that made the day special. Check out her gorgeous gowns!! Veronica dazzled her guests wearing 3 custom designed amazing gowns - 1 for the ceremony in silk tulle - 1 for the reception in silk taffeta and 1 lace mini for late night fun! I took tons of photos, so check out the magical moments from their wedding day.
